Chris Potter at the Bimhuis again

Tonight Chris Potter played at the Bimhuis again, this time with his band ‘Underground’. While he already gave away a great show on January 28, playing with the Jazz Orchestra of the Concertgebouw, tonight was really fabulous! So lyrical and ecstatic, just fab. Words nor photo’s do it right.. I’ll try tough.. Next to Chris Potter we see Nate Smith (drums), Fima Ephron (base) and Adam Rogers (guitar).

And I inserted a link to a youtube video of a concert of Underground in Stuttgart in 2009, in a slightly different composition (the fender instead of the base), just to get an idea..
